        1.3. Customer acknowledged that Jamuna Future Park will use customer’s E-mail address/Mobile Number provided on opening an account or as updated by you from time
             to time as the primary method to communicate with you.
        1.4. Please use a secure password to avoid unwanted misunderstanding. Jamuna Future Park cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from customer’s failure
             to maintain the security of his account and password.
        1.5. An infringement or violation of any term in The Terms & Conditions as determined in the sole consideration of Jamuna Future Park may result in an immediate termination
             of customer’s registrations.
        1.6. As a customer you do not have any permission to carry out multiple Accounts. For any duplicate identification, account will be terminated due to false
             information submission.
        1.7. When customer completes his/her registration process from that time his account is nontransferable. Only account holder can terminate his account.
        1.8. As a customer you may Update / Edit your Personal / Contact information or may terminate your account at any time through the site (If you do not have
             Pending Orders).
        1.9. If any customer uses official or workplace Identification to open an account (Such as: E-mail address, Delivery address etc.) that is the sole
             responsibility from the account creator to comply with the Terms, Conditions, policies and official protocols.
        1.10. User Access, Placing Order of products through this site is an agreement between customer and Jamuna Future Park. That’s indicating you are
             agreeing and will comply with all terms and conditions.

        2. PURCHASE
        2.1. Entertainment
        2.1. 1. Customer may purchase online tickets through our site for Futureworld, Carnival, Players Club and Events. Which will enrich customer’s shopping
               experience with Jamuna Future Park.
        2.1.2. For Any services customer place order to us that delivery will be subject to availability in capacity.
        2.1.3. When customer purchase online, Jamuna Future Park will send confirmation about customer’s details order and will confirm that we have received
               it on your primary contact point (E-mail, SMS and Phone Call ETC.) Customer will be needed to inform us immediately if customer found any
               incorrectness on the details.
        2.1.4. After ordering, customer’s delivery will be considered as a priority for Wholesale Club Limited. And Wholesale club will deliver customer’s
               products as on capacity and availability. If customer’s required service/goods not available we will let customer know and talk about that issue.
        2.1.5. Customer will be needed to submit order as per Jamuna Future Park’s Standard Ordering System. Ordering Method will be modified by
               Jamuna Future Park Authority. If any changes happen it will be notified through the site.
        2.1.6. Purchasing through Jamuna Future Park has an “International User Operations” guideline which will be very friendly to customers.
        2.1.7. Before pruchasing please confirm your service specifications, when order is placed customer’s ordered service will be considered as a confirmed order.
        2.1.8. Jamuna Future Park may ask for other details as required for ordering confirmations. And customers are agreed that customer will provide it time to time.
        2.1.9. While paying in Online Gateway or Another digital mode of payment please ensure sufficient balance to make the payment done.

        2.3.4. Jamuna Future Park will either approve or reject the ad placement request. If rejected a valid reasoning will be provided.
        2.3.5. A price quotation will be provided by Jamuna Future Park, which the business/individual client can then pay through our online payment gateway.

        3. JOB PLACEMENT
        3.1. Businesses can place jobs in the Jamuna Future Park website.
        3.2. Businesses should provide all the requirements, job ad runtime and preferences while placing the ads.
        3.3. Jamuna Future Park have the rights to accept and reject the Job ad placement request. . If rejected a valid reasoning will be provided.
        3.4. A price quotation will be provided by Jamuna Future Park, which the business can then pay through our online payment gateway
        3.3. Businesses will receive full access to the database attached to their specific Job placement.

        4. CANCELLATION:
        4.1. Jamuna Future Park reserved the authority of accepting or canceling any order in any time for valid reason. Based on Availability, Pricing Error,
             Description mistake ETC.
        4.2. Jamuna Future Park will follow up unverified order, and will try to contact with customer for confirmation. If there is no response from counterpart,
             the order will be automatically cancelled (as per authority’s given timeline).
        4.3. If any unwanted mistake happened by Jamuna Future Park such as not being able to deliver the services paid for, we will adjust that at our won cost.

        5. PAYMENT:
        5.1. After placing order, Customer shall pay through online payment gateway or any other method of payment as prescribed.
        5.2. Jamuna Future Park accepts payments using Visa card, MasterCard, American Express credit cards and BKash.

             number before 10 am of the scheduled delivery date.
        6.2. For Entertainment services, refunds are as follows:
        6.2.1. 60 days: 100% Refund
        6.2.2. 45 days: 60% Refund
        6.2.3. 30 days: No Refund
        6.3. For AD Banner placement and Job ADs there is no refund.
        7. PRICING:
        7.1. All prices are approximate, current store/body price will be applicable for all services. For any changes, customer will get a call from our
             Customer Service Department.
        7.2. Customers total order amount, Order Quantity and other details will be shown in our website. If any mismatch found please let us know/ please
             call our Customer Service Department.
        7.3. Prices of each services are analyzed and reviewed by our RND  Team. Jamuna Future Park has reserved all authority to alter or modify price at any time.
        8. PROMOTIONS:
        8.1. Jamuna Future Park ensures customer’s flexibility and comfort. Always we do practice Promotional Programs.
